Your personal details are held on secure servers protected by firewall and antivirus software. We will not share them with any third party under any circumstances.

Ordering products

If you do not wish to place an order through the website we will be pleased to take it over the phone.

Payment methods

Internet orders are paid for by card through a Paypal service. The following are accepted: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, American Express.

Telephone orders are paid for by cheque made payable to Parkasan.

Paypal payment security

PayPal automatically encrypts confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). Once your information reaches their server it is protected by an electronic firewall.

Product delivery

UK internet orders will be delivered within five days if the items are in stock. Otherwise, notification of expected delivery dates will be made by email.

Telephone orders are dispatched after payment has been received and funds cleared.

Delivery costs

Postage and packing charges will be added to all orders within the UK. Customers from other countries will be notified separately of the appropriate charges.  

Guarantee

We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves.

Returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied with any product for any reason you may return it to us within 15 days of delivery. We will either exchange the goods or refund the cost less the delivery charge. Goods are returned to us at your expense. A refund will not be given if we do not receive the goods; therefore we advise that proof of postage is obtained.

A refund is not offered for bespoke pieces.

 Limitation Of Liability And Warranty

You agree that use of the service is entirely at your own risk. Services are provided as-is without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, services, uninterrupted access, or products provided through or in connection with the service. Specifically, we disclaim any and all warranties, including without limitation: 1. any warranties concerning the availability, accuracy or content of information, products or services; and 2. any warranties of title or warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause of action. You specifically acknowledge the service is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other customers or third-parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with you.

Neither the service nor any of its agents, affiliates or content providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of the service or inability to gain access to or use the service or out of any breach of any warranty. You hereby acknowledge that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content of the service.
